Vet Tix Provides Free Event Tickets for Veterans

Live entertainment events like concerts, sports, or performing arts aren’t cheap – usually costing at least $400 for a family of four. As a way to thank Veterans and military members for their service, Vet Tix provides opportunities for positive family experiences by delivering donated tickets to these types of events.

Is Vet Tix Legit?

It sounds too good to be true, right? But Vet Tix is definitely legit. Vet Tix is a non-profit organization that receives tickets from professional and collegiate sports teams, concert and performing arts venues, artists, performers, promoters, and private donors. Since its establishment in 2008, Vet Tix has given out more than 11.2 million tickets, thanks to roughly 20,000 donors.

It’s free to join Vet Tix, and any Veteran, service member, or surviving family of a service member can register. Visit www.VetTix.org to get started. Once you are verified as current or former military, tickets await! Simply login to review and apply for hundreds of upcoming events across the country.

Sharing tickets with Vet Tix is easy. Simply visit their donation page, select the type of ticket donation you’d like to make, complete a simple online form, and voila. You’re good to go! You can also support Vet Tix in the following ways:

Make a Financial Donation

Monetary donations directly support the foundation and are distributed to Tickets for Troops (a Vet Tickets supplier) and the Vet Tix Hero’s Wish program. All contributions are tax deductible.
