Secretary Peter J. Gravett Sworn-in By Governor Brown

MilitaryConnection.com congratulates General Peter Gravett, California’s new Secretary of Veteran Affairs. Blanche Gravett is a retired Army National Guard Colonel.  California, the state with the most veterans, is fortunate to have one of the most innovative Departments of Veteran Affairs in the nation.

Peter J. Gravett was sworn-in as Secretary of the California Department of Veterans Affairs by Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. on October 13, 2011 at the Veterans Home of California in West Los Angeles. Secretary Gravett was confirmed by the California State Senate in September.
