Bill Hutton elected National Commander for the Military Order of the Purple Heart

MilitaryConnection.com would like to congratulate our good friend, Bill Hutton, who was recently elected as National Commander of the veteran service organization Military Order of the Purple Heart. Bill was awarded the Silver Star, Purple Heart medal with second star and the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry for his service in Viet Nam. After his discharge from the Marine Corps, Bill joined the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, and was awarded the Medal for Bravery and the Distinguished Service Award. Bill is most proud of his work as a Department Service Officer and his close relationship with the hard working National Service Officers who provide services to our veterans and their families through the National Service Program of the Military Order of the Purple Heart..  We salute Bill for his dedication to those who serve.
