What is my REAP (Chapter 1607) eligibility if I’m released early due to disability?

Members released early for a disability incurred or aggravated in the line of duty may receive REAP (Chapter 1607) benefits at the following rates:

Active Duty Service Prior to Disability Release % of 3 Yr MGIB-AD (Chapter 30) Rate
Less than 1 year 40%
1 year but less than 2 years 60%
2 or more continuous years 80%

The member is entitled to REAP (Chapter 1607) benefits for 10 years from the date of eligibility.
