Job Search Techniques Throughout your program at Redstone, the Career Development Services staff will help you refine your job search skills. Employer Contacts The Career Development Services Office at the Redstone campus maintains ongoing contact with many employers. They work with a wide variety of businesses, both large and small, to uncover opportunities for graduates of Redstone programs. Employers include commercial airlines, aerospace manufacturing companies, fixed-base operators, and many other aviation industry employers. They also work closely with potential employers of Redstone’s HVAC/R program. Many of these employers have been partnered with Redstone for an extended amount of time, so they understand and respect Redstone’s programs.
