I would like to join my staff at MilitaryConnection.com in thanking all of you who have contacted us to express your appreciation for the monthly newsletter. We also thank you for spreading the word and forwarding the newsletter to your friends, families and co-workers. We have been overwhelmed by the number of people requesting to be on our mailing list. You will also find thousands of jobs, as well as important information about the education benefits that you have earned and the schools, colleges and programs that offer them. If you are a Veteran, Service Disabled or Military Business Owner, we encourage you to join VAMBOA.org. Membership is free. We also hope you will attend “Power Your Business” on April 28th.

When the next tour is back home, it's on MilitaryConnection.com - The Go To Site.

Legal Loan Protection for Active Duty Military

Visit Girard Gibbs's website

Active Duty Military and their families often fall victim to predatory lending practices. The Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) is there to protect your rights. Many credit card loans, auto loans, education loans and mortgages taken out before active duty can be capped at 6% under Federal Law. If you are paying MORE than 6% interest on a loan or credit card taken out before active duty and after notifying your lender about active duty, you should schedule a free consultation with an Attorney. Girard Gibbs is one of the leading law firms representing consumers across the country in class action lawsuits against some of the country’s largest corporations.
