NAVY CROSS PRESENTATION
Secretary of the Navy Dr. Donald C. Winter presents the Navy Cross to the wife of Petty Officer 2nd Class (SEAL) Matthew G. Axelson during a ceremony at the Navy Memorial in Washington, D.C., on Sept. 13, 2006. The wife of Petty Officer 2nd Class (SEAL) Danny P. Dietz was also presented the Navy Cross.
